Consultant Assignment: Sales Support for Energy Company in Stockholm – Contribute with Business Analysis, Sales Support, and Change Management.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct business analyses and customer analyses to support the sales manager and KAM
• Coordinate and assist in larger procurements and bidding work
• Prepare customer materials and presentation materials
• Perform ongoing administrative sales support tasks
• Review and improve routines, checklists, and processes
• Contribute to change management within sales support together with the manager
• Participate in evaluating the future competency profile of the role

Worth Knowing

The assignment starts immediately, full-time, until June 30, 2026, and you will work on-site in central Stockholm. You will have a stimulating and developing assignment with the possibility of hybrid work. Occasional travel within Sweden may occur in connection with customer meetings and events.

Our Expectations

We are looking for someone with a university degree in economics or documented several years of experience in analysis and sales support work. You have good knowledge or training in LOU, or experience in bidding work within LOU and for large B2B companies. You have several years of experience in business analysis, change management, and support work and are accustomed to working in various IT systems related to sales, contracts, and follow-up. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and are an advanced user of Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Teams, and have started using AI tools like MS Copilot in your daily work.
